Bank improves productivity by automating its financial reporting

THE CHALLENGE

To develop a solution to ensure complete accuracy in the automation and production of fund financial statements at year end.

THE SOLUTION

Designed and deployed a fully automated Virtual Worker solution that extracts information from the
SAP accounting system, the business intelligence Cognos system and local excel spreadsheets, to
automate the production of the fund financial statements containing all the accounting calculations and rules.

THE RESULTS

Increase in speed of production from 3 months to less than a week, reduction in the number of people involved in the process from 6 to 2.
